Annual Children's Programs

Christmas Eve Children’s Service

Church of the Master traditionally has a 5:30 pm Children’s Christmas Eve worship service. The children are active participants in telling the story of Jesus’ birth.

Children’s Sabbath

The children participate in and lead worship during Children’s Sabbath, which is held traditionally in the month of February each year. Most of the preparations are done during the weekly M&Ms events.

VBS/Day Camp

VBS/Day Camp is held every year during the summer. Vacation Bible School is a half day program for three, four and five-year-old held at the church. Day Camp is held off-site, usually at Camp Sugarbush at the Blendon Woods Metro Park, and is for rising first through fifth grade children. These programs are planned to be very creative and educational with both a high energy and high fun factor for all participants.

Club SAM

Club SAM (Summer Acts of Mercy) is the Church of the Master’s children’s mission programming that occurs during the summer months. It is typically during weekday mornings and provides children with fun opportunities to participate in mission work.

Please note: All children should have registration forms on file in the church office to participate in any of the Children’s Ministry programming. Registration forms can be found on this website under Resources then Forms, or in the church office. If you need to register your child or have any questions, please see the Director of Children’s Ministry, Kay Thomas.
